We're a new company with plenty of experience and training! Our story started in Nashville, Tennessee. Where I began 3 months of training in Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing through Total Tech, while finishing up my 6 year Active Duty term as an Apache Helicopter Mechanic with the U.S. Army. After becoming certified as a service tech in all three of those areas I continued my education with American Home Inspector Training (AHIT). After being certified with AHIT I began working and training under Steve Traylor with A plus Home Inspections in Franklin, TN. Steve is well known for being thorough with his inspections and working for the client, not the realtor! I have adopted those traits as I continued my career while starting American Pride Home Inspections LLC here in Michigan. We work for you and you only!!
